OVERLAND - HANOI HERITAGE AND CULTURE (AK) CODE: HCHL10
Embark on a captivating journey through Hanoi, the cultural gem of Vietnam. Delve into its rich heritage as you explore historical landmarks, wander through bustling markets, and immerse yourself in the vibrant traditions that make this city truly unique.
This small group program is limited to 10 guests.
NOTA: Due to the nature of this program, which includes riding a Vietnamese cyclo as a passenger and sitting on the back of a Vespa scooter, this program is not recommended for guests with mobility restrictions including use of a wheelchair, walker or cane.
Observação especial: Any guests travelling with Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) or CPAP breathing machines should read further below for airline stipulations with regards to bringing this equipment on tour.
DIA 1
After disembarking the ship in Ho Chi Minh City, you will depart for the Tan Son Nhat airport for a flight to Hanoi, Vietnam.
Arrive in Hanoi, the cultural heart and capital of Vietnam. A city of surprising beauty, Hanoi is home to centuries-old traditional architecture that stand alongside elegant French-colonial mansions as well as traditional temples. The life of the city can be seen in the narrow streets of the Old Quarter, where small boutiques, Vietnamese coffee shops and lively street vendors create a vibrant and bustling atmosphere.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Ethnology Museum to learn about the life and culture of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. The museum is packed with information showcasing the subtle differences in traditional ways of life in various parts of Vietnam.
Water puppetry is a unique Vietnamese tradition that dates back to the 10th century. Starring colorful marionettes that dance on water, the performances typically portray scenes of daily life, such as farmers working in paddy fields or water buffalo bathing in a pond. Meet a seventh-generation water puppet artist, Phan Thanh Liem, to experience more than just a cultural show. The master puppeteer demonstrates the skills he learned from his father and grandfather during a private solo performance and invites you to try dancing with the puppets yourself.
Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant after the show.
DIA 2
Get an early start today to witness Hanoi slowly come to life in the early morning. The city’s day starts with a quiet whisper as market vendors and city workers start preparing for the day ahead.
Hop on a Vietnamese cyclo (three wheeled bicycle taxi) for a leisurely ride around town. Pass through usually crowded boulevards that are just beginning to wake up and visit the Botanical Gardens where locals gather for their daily dose of exercise, practicing tai chi masters or playing badminton.
Back on your cyclo, continue along a leafy street lined with French colonial villas. Stop to explore the city’s largest fresh food market where many of the city’s shops and restaurants source their produce. The market is located near Long Bien Bridge, an iconic steel overpass built by French architects in the early 20th century. Then savor a typical Hanoian breakfast at one of the city’s best pho noodle hotspots.
Return to your hotel to refresh and enjoy a full breakfast.
This afternoon, delve into Hanoi’s colorful history. Learn about the life and times of former President Ho Chi Minh, who played a key role in the nation’s journey towards independence. Visit the mausoleum where his body is embalmed and see his humble stilted house, which was built in the style of an ethnic village home. Continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique 11th century structure dedicated to King Ly Thai To’s son. Visit Hoa Lo Prison and discover why it became known as the “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the Temple of Literature, where Vietnam’s royal family and elite society were educated for almost 700 years. Take a stroll in the Old Quarter to explore its network of narrow, 15th century streets. Each street bears a name that reflects the business once conducted there, such as Silk Street, Rice Street, Paper Street and Jeweler’s Street. Pause to visit an ancient house then take a walk to the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake and visit the temple in the lake known as Ngoc Son.
Weave your way through Hanoi’s busy streets and narrow passageways to discover its hidden charms by Vespa, with an experienced local driver at the helm. Leave the typical tourist trail behind and catch a glimpse of real local life with a city Insider as our guide. Visit a local market where locals pick up fresh vegetables, meats and other ingredients for their evening meal.
Hop back on your Vespa and stop at a small passageway hidden between a row of shopfronts. Walk past narrow houses where many generations of the same family live together under one roof. Continue to a local spot for a chance to taste typical local food and try bia hoi, a locally produced fresh brewed beer.
Then head over to a trendy area near West Lake to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a drink at a local coffee shop.
The trip ends at 10:00pm at your hotel.
Nota: Each guest will ride on the back of a Vespa scooter while an experienced local driver. A helmet will be provided. The tour guide will follow on the back of another Vespa.
DIA 3
Leave the city behind to discover one of the Vietnam’s most iconic natural wonders. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ha Long Bay is known for its dramatic beauty where thousands of rugged limestone karsts can be seen jutting out like dragon’s teeth amid the emerald waters.
After a two-and-a-half-hour drive, you arrive at the port where your beautifully crafted Vietnamese sailing vessel awaits. After a quick safety briefing from the crew, enjoy a leisurely lunch on board as the boat sets sail. Head to the deck to watch the dramatic scenes of the bay unfold around you. Soak up the majestic atmosphere of this surreal landscape as you cruise past limestone islets and intriguing grottoes.
After an inspiring four-hour journey, return to the pier and drive to Noi Bai airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, your guide will greet and transfer you to a local restaurant for dinner. Then check in your hotel where the remainder of the day is at your leisure.

OVERLAND - MEKONG HERITAGE JOURNEY CODE: HCHL20
Immerse yourself in the Mekong Delta, visiting Cai Be village, navigating through mangrove-lined canals, and exploring traditional local workshops. Experience the vibrant energy of Cai Rang floating market and the natural beauty of Tra Su Cajuput Forest, all while gaining insight into Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage and daily life.
Nota: On this program guests must be able to ride a bicycle.
DAY 1 – 25 nov 2025 Upon disembarking your ship, a local representative will greet you at the gangway and escort you to your comfortable coach for a memorable journey through the Mekong Delta.
Experience village life along the picturesque Mekong Delta, just a three-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Travel through the idyllic Vietnamese countryside to Cai Be, a village nestled among crisscrossing rivers and canals.
Start with a brief visit to Cai Be town and its ancient church by boat, then continue to Tân Phong Island for a peaceful boat journey (rowboat with navigator) through smaller canals, shaded by mangrove trees. At a local garden, enjoy fresh fruit and hot tea while listening to traditional music.
Next, embark on a leisurely bicycle ride along village paths, experiencing daily life in the Mekong Delta as you pass orchards, schools, churches, pagodas, and traditional houses. Pause to observe locals weaving dried water-hyacinth into various products like baskets, bags, hats, wallets, and shoes.
Cross the mighty Mekong River by boat to An Bình Island, navigating handmade canals to Ut Trinh home for lunch at a traditional house. Afterward, explore the local village, visiting workshops where rice paper, coconut candy, and pop-rice are made, and enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea.
Finally, visit brick kilns to see how clay is transformed into beautiful pottery. Conclude at the new boat station in Vinh Long city, after which you'll continue by bus to Can Tho for an overnight stay.
Enjoy dinner at your hotel restaurant before retiring for the evening.
DAY 2 – 26 nov 2025 As the saying goes, "The early bird catches the worm," and mornings in the Mekong Delta begin at the crack of dawn. Start your day with a boat ride to Cai Rang floating market, a lively marketplace on the water where vendors and buyers negotiate over fresh fruits and vegetables from their wooden boats.
The market is a vibrant scene in the early hours, filled with locally grown produce like oranges, pineapples, coconuts, and watermelons. After exploring the market, enjoy tasting seasonal fresh fruits at a local orchard before returning to your hotel for breakfast.
Following breakfast, check out of your hotel and set off for Chau Doc. Along the way, stop at the Binh Thuy house, a French colonial mansion built in 1870, featured in films such as "The Silt Ways," "The Bac Lieu Mandarin’s Son," and "The Lover."
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue your journey to Tra Su Cajuput Forest, a tranquil sanctuary located about a short drive from Chau Doc. This vast natural ecosystem is home to mangroves and a variety of wildlife, including birds, storks, bats, snakes, and turtles. Explore the forest's beauty by taking a motorboat through moss-covered canals to the forest center, then climb to the observation deck for stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests.
After your adventure, return to town and enjoy a meal at a local restaurant with a breathtaking view of rice fields from the top of the sacred Sam Mountain.
End your day by checking in at your hotel and enjoying dinner.
DAY 3 – 27 nov 2025
Check out and return to Ho Chi Minh for a flight to Bangkok. Enjoy lunch on route.
On arrival at the airport, our representative will collect your passports and luggage and proceed to check in and obtain your boarding passes. OVERLAND - NORTHERN VILLAGES (AK) CODE: HCHL15
Experience the charm and authenticity of Northern Vietnam's villages. Journey through picturesque landscapes and immerse yourself in the traditions, culture, and warmth of the local communities.
This program is limited to 10 guests.
Observação especial: This program includes extensive walking possibly over uneven terrain. As such this program is not recommended for anyone with mobility restrictions. Any guests travelling with Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) or CPAP breathing machines should read further below for airline stipulations with regards to bringing this equipment on tour.
DAY 1 – 31 mar 2026
Disembark the ship in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to the Tan Son Nhat Airport for a flight to Hanoi.
Upon arrival in Hanoi, the cultural heart and capital of Vietnam, embark a scenic three-hour drive to discover a patchwork of rice paddy fields and ethnic communities in the peaceful Mai Chau valley. Here, the hustle and bustle of the city is replaced with meandering country roads that open to picturesque fields and mountains. This is your opportunity to reconnect with the simple life and experience hill tribe culture in the rolling hills of northern Vietnam.
Enjoy lunch at a local house in the village before check-in to your hotel around midday. Mai Chau is home to several ethnic communities including the Dzao, Muong and Thai tribes, and this afternoon you can discover some of their diverse traditions and ways of life. Visit the villages of Na Phon and Na Meo and stop to chat with locals to learn a bit about their lifestyle and how little has changed over the years.
Your stay for two nights is at Mai Chau Ecolodge which set into a flower-lined hill in the village of Na Phon. Enjoy beautiful panoramas of Mai Chau’s seemingly endless rows of rice paddies, forests and tree-topped mountains.
Mai Chau Ecolodge’s philosophy and mission are:
•To provide closeness to nature through location and use of sustainable materials throughout the lodge;
•Environmental protection from use of materials from sustainable sources as well as using clean energy;
•Cultural preservation – all staff are employed from local villages and wear the uniform of the minority group to which they belong and in the evening Panorama Bar becomes a stage for beautiful tribal customs through dance and music;
•Responsible tourism with a commitment to Mai Chau and its inhabitants
DAY 2 – 1 abr 2026
Drive about one and a half hours from Mai Chau to explore Pu Luong, a nature reserve filled with limestone mountains, rice terraces and ethnic villages. Take a break and freshen up at Pu Luong Retreat before heading out to explore the local village on foot for about two and a half kilometers (one and a half miles). Walk to a suspension bridge that crosses the Cham River and continue along the waterway lined with rustic water wheels. This simple, age-old technology offers an effective way of diverting river water into bamboo aqueducts. Stop at a local fisherman’s house before setting off on a river rafting adventure. Learn how to paddle and steer while drifting down the river on the handcrafted raft and enjoy the natural scenery along the way.
After about an hour on the raft, you arrive at Tan Lap Bridge where your driver is waiting to meet you. Return to Pu Luong Retreat and savor idyllic views of mountains and rice terraces with your Vietnamese set lunch. Return to your hotel in Mai Chau in the afternoon and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
DAY 3 – 2 abr 2026
After a leisurely morning with breakfast at your lodge, check out and depart Mai Chau. On the way back to Hanoi, stop by Van village to explore a private collection of tribal antiques, hunting equipment, musical instruments, and jewellery. The journey to Hanoi takes approximately three hours.
After lunch at a local restaurant, you will be heading to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, your guide will greet and transfer you to a local restaurant for dinner. Then check in your hotel and relax rest of the day.

Dia 2: 22 fev 2023
After breakfast at your hotel, head out with your guide to visit Angkor Wat - the highest and most magnificent temple in Cambodia. This huge temple was built by King Suryavarman as a Hinduist temple, his tomb located on the top tower.
Your guide will point out the best spots for taking photos of this massive temple complex as you walk amidst the moss-peppered cobbled pathways, gaze up at the intricately carved tower tops and perhaps climb the steep and narrow temple steps that lead to wide courtyards.
Next you will drive to Banteay Srei, the beautiful ‘Women’s Citadel’ located 32km from Siem Reap. This is the last major Khmer temple to be re-discovered in Cambodia. Your morning of adventure will be followed by lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon you will visit the Angkor Thom complex which includes the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom and the famous Bayon Complex whose giant stone faces have become one of the most recognizable images connected to classic Khmer art and architecture. The curious smiling faces are said to be the representation of King Jayavarman VII, the creator of Bayon Temple.
This visit is followed by a visit to the Elephants Terrace & Leper King and then to the famous Ta Prohm Temple, famous for its forest atmosphere with enormous fig trees. This temple looks just as it did when the first European explorer arrived. You may recognize it as it’s also the location of many scenes filmed for Angelina Jolie’s huge blockbuster movie, Tomb Raider.

See the work of the trainees who learn the art of stone carving, wood ornamental sculpture, the making of small furniture and the art of lacquer and polychromy. Observe the various training methods and view completed projects with a chance to purchase a souvenir from your visit here.
Return to your hotel where the remainder of the day is at your leisure. Lunch is included at your hotel and dinner is on your own.
Perhaps in the evening you may want to venture out to Pub Street which is famous for all kinds of local eateries and bars. There is also a lively night market here.

Later in the day, you will have dinner at a local restaurant accompanied by a traditional performance. After dinner, return to your hotel for the evening.
DIA 2
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bantey Srei, the beautiful ‘Women’s Citadel’ located about thirty minutes from Siem Reap town. This is the last major Khmer temple to be re-discovered in Cambodia.
Return to Siem Reap to visit the famous Angkor Wat, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Situated deep in the Cambodian jungle, the Angkor Wat Temple is world’s oldest and largest religious monument and among the significant UNESCO Heritage Sites located in Southeast Asia.
You will have approximately 2 hours to explore the site with your guide who will point out the best spots for taking photos of this massive temple complex. Walk amidst the moss-peppered cobbled pathways, gaze up at the intricately carved tower tops and perhaps climb the steep and narrow temple steps that lead to wide courtyards.
After lunch visit the Angkor Thom Complex. Here, you will see the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom and the famous Bayon Complex, whose giant stone faces have become one of the most recognizable images connected to classic Khmer art and architecture. The curious smiling faces are said to be the representation of King Jayavarman VII, the creator of Bayon Temple. Next, you will move on to the Elephants Terrace and Leper King.
Another highlight is a visit to Ta Prohm Temple, famous for its forest atmosphere with enormous fig trees. This temple looks just as it did when the first European explorers arrived. You may recognize it as it’s also the location of many scenes filmed for Angelina Jolie’s huge blockbuster movie, Tomb Raider.
Back at your hotel, the remainder of the day is at your leisure with dinner on your own.
DIA 3
After breakfast at your hotel, you will pay a visit to the Theams Gallery, one of the most unexpected hidden gems in Siem Reap. Angkor is a land of many wonders which has inspired artistic expression for millennia. Today Siem Reap boasts an array of talented artists with Theam’s Gallery at the very core. Besides the majestic temples of Angkor, Theam’s Gallery is the home, atelier, and gallery of Master Cambodian Artists.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Angkor National Museum which presents one of the most immense and prestigious collection of Buddha Statues and relics ever assembled in one gallery.
Return to your hotel where the remainder of the day is at your leisure. Jantar por conta própria.

DIA 1
Disembark the ship in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to the Tan Son Nhat Airport for a flight to Hue.
Set along the picturesque Perfume River, Hue is a captivating city that enjoyed an illustrious history as the center of power for Vietnam’s former imperial rulers. The Nguyen dynasty emperors enjoyed a 143-year reign, from 1802 until 1945, when Emperor Bao Dai conceded to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The city still maintains much of its majestic charm, where elaborate royal tombs and an imposing Imperial Citadel reveal the extravagant lifestyles of former emperors.
Visit the Imperial Citadel, the seat from which the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. Despite sustaining extensive damage during the war, the citadel still contains over 100 buildings to explore, including the Imperial Enclosure, a citadel-within-a-citadel which contains the Forbidden Purple City, the former living quarters of the emperor.
After lunch at local restaurant, check-in to your hotel and enjoy some free time to refresh.
In the afternoon, meet your guide and Vespa driver at your hotel to begin an exciting discovery of local life in Hue, traveling on the back of a vintage Vespa. This excursion offers a remarkable combination of adventure, exploration and authentic local experience as your Vespa takes you through some of the city’s less-traveled roads.
Witness the charming scenery of Hue while enjoying local hospitality along your journey. Take advantage of the spectacular photo opportunities en route to Vong Canh Hill. Once at the top of the hill, enjoy panoramic views over the Perfume River and an area known as Royal Valley, where various members of the Nguyen Dynasty are buried. Sip a glass of champagne while contemplating the serene river landscape. If you are lucky, you may also catch views of the sunset here, if the skies are clear.
After drinking in the atmosphere, continue on your Vespa to visit the home of the Doan family or similar. The family warmly welcomes you into their home and host you for dinner while sharing stories of their family and life in Hue. This is a typical local family with three generations living together under one roof. Taking pride in their long-standing traditions, the family ensure that their customs are passed down from generation to generation.
Nota: Each guest will ride on the back of a Vespa scooter while an experienced local driver. A helmet will be provided. The tour guide will follow on the back of another Vespa.
DIA 2
After breakfast, start the day with a scenic boat ride along the Perfume River, taking in the enchanting scenery along the riverbanks as you make your way to Thien Mu Pagoda. One of the oldest religious monuments in Hue, the seven-story structure is featured in many Vietnamese folk songs and is considered an icon of the city.
Next, take a short drive to the tomb of Tu Duc, the “Poet Emperor.” A lover of romance and eastern philosophies, the emperor designed his own tomb within an enchanting garden of pine trees and frangipanis overlooking a lake. Stop by an incense-making village before continuing to the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh whose burial place reflects the European influences at play during his reign.
After lunch at a local restaurant, relax on a three-hour-and-a-half transfer to Hoi An, taking the route along the Hai Van Pass, a scenic stretch of road that offers spectacular views of the coastline.
In Danang, visit the Cham Museum which houses over 300 stone art treasures including sandstone carvings, alters, lings, garudas, ganeshas and images of Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu. Continue to the Marble Mountains, which are named after the five elements of Chinese philosophy - metal, water, wood, fire and earth.
Next, visit Non Nuoc, nicknamed China Beach, which was once a rest-and-relaxation area for U.S. soldiers during the Vietnam War before you reach to Hoi An Ancient Town.
Check in to your hotel and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
DIA 3
After breakfast, head out on a 6-mile leisurely bicycle ride to a small vegetable farming village on the outskirts of Hoi An to meet a local vegetable farmer who works the land and grows various crops using organic and traditional methods. You are welcomed with a refreshing drink of freshly squeezed fruits.
Then roll up your sleeves to experience a typical day on the farm. Learn about the different farming equipment and their uses. Then join the farmers in the field to prepare the land for sewing or crop cultivation and help fertilize the soil using seaweed from the nearby river. Pick some vegetables and herbs from the garden and head to the kitchen to make a local specialty using the freshly harvested ingredients. The best part, of course, is the chance to taste the local light snack that you made yourselves. Return to Hoi An town by car or van.
The afternoon is spent to explore the charms of Hoi An’s old town on foot. Stroll through winding streets and past rows of traditional houses to appreciate the grand architecture of the Old House of Tan Ky, an 18th-century merchant's house, and admire the traditional elegance of the Fukien Assembly Hall. Pass through the impressive 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge. Then continue to a local studio that makes traditional lanterns. Guided by experts, learn the centuries-old craft and create our own colorful lantern, which you can take home as a unique souvenir.
After dinner at a local restaurant, you will be transfer to Danang airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon arrival in Tan Son Nhat airport, your guide will greet and transfer you to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City where the remainder of the evening is at your leisure.
DIA 4

OVERLAND - SIMPLY ANGKOR WAT CODE: HCHL16
Just outside Cambodia’s Siem Reap, obscured by dense vegetation for centuries, you will find the glorious temples of Angkor which comprise one of the world’s largest religious monuments. A unique and thrilling adventure awaits you in the jungles of Angkor, where you can uncover the rich history and grand architecture of the Khmer Empire.
Observação especial: This program is not recommended for guests with mobility restrictions or who rely on the use of a wheelchair. Any guests travelling with Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) or CPAP breathing machines should read further below for airline stipulations with regards to bringing this equipment on tour.
DIA 1
Depart the ship in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in and leisure time.
Later in the day, you will have dinner at a local restaurant accompanied by a traditional performance. After dinner, return to your hotel for the evening.
DIA 2
After breakfast at your hotel, proceed to the Angkor Thom Complex. Here, you will visit the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom and the famous Bayon Complex, whose giant stone faces have become one of the most recognizable images connected to classic Khmer art and architecture. The curious smiling faces are said to be the representation of King Jayavarman VII, the creator of Bayon Temple. Next, you will move on to the Elephants Terrace & Leper King.
Following lunch at a local restaurant, you will drive to Bantey Srei, the beautiful ‘Women’s Citadel’ located 32km from Siem Reap town. This is the last major Khmer temple to be re-discovered in Cambodia.
The day will end with a visit to the famous Angkor Wat, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Situated deep in the Cambodian jungle near Siem Reap, Angkor Wat Temple is world’s oldest and largest religious monument and among the significant UNESCO Heritage Sites in Southeast Asia.
Lose yourself in contemplation as you catch the rays of the sun dancing off the bas relief carvings at sunset, the chatter of monkeys reverberating off the temple walls.
Back at your hotel, the remainder of the evening is at your leisure with dinner on your own
NOTA: Dinner with show may be changed from Day 1 to Day 2 (your final cruise documents will have the most up to date itinerary)

DIA 1
Disembark the ship in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to the Tan Son Nhat Airport for a flight to Danang.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Cham Museum which houses over 300 stone art treasures including sandstone carvings, alters, lings, garudas, ganeshas and images of Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu.
Continue to the Marble Mountains, which are named after the five elements of Chinese philosophy - metal, water, wood, fire and earth. Next, visit Non Nuoc, nicknamed China Beach, which was once a rest-and-relaxation area for U.S. soldiers during the Vietnam War before we reach to Hoi An Ancient Town.
A UNESCO World Heritage site since 1999, Hoi An is a picturesque old town set on the banks of the Thu Bon River. Characterized by several rows of bright yellow traditional houses, the town flourished during the 16th and 17th centuries when it was one of Southeast Asia’s most prominent port towns. The influence of Chinese, Japanese and European traders can still be seen today in the narrow, meandering streets that reveal a range of architectural styles, ranging from Chinese assembly halls to grand merchants' houses and French colonial villas.
Check in to your hotel and then dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
DIA 2
After breakfast, join your guide to explore the charms of Hoi An’s old town on foot.
Guided by experts, learn the centuries-old craft and create your own colorful lantern, which you can take home as a unique souvenir.
After lunch at a local restaurant, take off on a Vespa adventure through the rice fields and countryside of Hoi An. With your expert Vespa driver at the helm, ride pillion and enjoy the passing scenery as you zig and zag your way towards long quiet countryside paths, first stopping at a busy fresh fish market before heading into the rice paddies and sleepy villages.
Visit a local family and learn how they weave traditional mats and join them in making, and then eating, banh dap (rice crackers) before exploring the peaceful villages on the island. Feel free to stop anytime to take photographs of the picturesque landscapes. Back on the Vespa, continue to another village, past prawn farms and over creeks to one of our most alluring stops-the home of a family that brews our favorite potent drink - rice wine. Finish your day with a short ride back into An as the sun sets on this heritage town.
Dinner is served at a local restaurant in the heart of Hoi An.
Nota: Each guest will ride on the back of a Vespa scooter while an experienced local driver. A helmet will be provided. The tour guide will follow on the back of another Vespa.

Enjoy freshly baked Vietnamese-style baguettes straight out of the oven and sip traditional Vietnamese tea served with home-made Hoi An cupcakes and local treats which are usually served during Tet, Vietnam’s New Year festival.
Learn how rice and water can be used to create noodles, dumplings and rice paper and discover how Hoi An’s cao lau noodles are made by hand and steamed over an open fire. Get hands-on with a two-and-a-half-hour cooking session, learning how to prepare a variety of local dishes before sitting down to enjoy your self-made feast.
Transfer to the Danang airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh city where you will be met and transferred to your hotel for the evening.
